Consensus Best

This photo was named consensus best in the people category by the voters and editors of the Capture Arkansas book published by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Over 32,000 photographs were submitted for publication by some 1,500 photographers. Thirteen photographs were chosen as award winners.
